Smith grandparents' visit

We had so much fun during Grandma Kit and Grandpa Lach's visit this week from Minnesota. All six of us (Rusty included) headed to Limantour Beach on Point Reyes Sunday morning, which happened to be the grayest day of their visit -- but we enjoyed ourselves nonetheless, especially Rusty, who inducted Lach to the pack by displaying his carsickness skills all over Grandpa's lap. The first picture below shows an exuberant little dog, two happy grandparents, and a pregnant daddy; Will had Wyatt in the sling for what was probably his last time, since "little toots" is getting too big for it. The visit also included a lunch with Stephanie and Zach, who joined us from South Bay on Saturday; an exhibit on female impressionist painters at the Legion of Honor on Tuesday; and several delicious meals out on the town. We'll miss you, Kit and Lach!

As you'll see below, Wyatt's becoming very responsive and smiley -- a little ticklish, even!

It's great to see smiles on the faces of the parents and the jumbo baby alike. It's amazing how quickly Wyatt's growing and developing! You all look great.
